Is my Cliniko data secure?
Yes. Your Cliniko API key is encrypted at rest and never shown back to you in full. Connections are encrypted in transit, and your call data is visible only to your clinic through a password-protected dashboard — never shared between clinics.
Do I need to change anything in Cliniko?
No. Laneway works with your existing Cliniko setup — your appointment types, practitioners and booking rules. There is no software to install and no change to your existing phone number; you simply forward your calls.
